My start of this year would be A LOT better if i could get a ticket to interaction14 in Amsterdam. I have already bought my flight tickets from Trondheim... but I miss the important ticket as you see. So - Please let me know if i can buy a regular ticket from you (email firstname.lastname@example.org).
It's not often that a tax department gives anyone good news, but thanks to the persistent efforts of the Interaction12 Committee and Abbey Conference, we've just learned that Irish Revenue has decided that we no longer have to charge VAT on registrations for Interaction12.
This means the registration to Interaction12 is now 21% cheaper than before! Don't worry, if you've already booked, you'll be getting a refund for the VAT portion of your payment in the next couple of weeks.
Interaction11 media partner Johnny Holland posted an interview today
with Ushahidi founder Erik Hersman, one of our conference keynote
speakers. JH talked with Erik about his hopes and dreams for
crowdsourcing, and the role interaction designers can play in fulfilling
that dream. Erik also gave a brief preview of some of the topics he’ll
address at Interaction11:
The peices are almost all in place. We have a beautiful location and a host design program, the keynotes have been announced, workshops and lightning rounds have been selected, and a variety of fun and informative local activites have been arrange for Interaction11. Now all we need is you!
