Hello all,

I wanted to just take a second to say hello. I have been lucky enough to be a part of the London UX community for a number of years now, helping practitioners to manage their careers, know their options within the marketplace, and how to get to where they want to be, as well as helping companies of all shapes and sizes structure and populate their UX teams.

edUi 2012 Conference Registration now Open

I thought I'd pass along this announcement to the IXDA community about registration opening for edUi 2012. The call for proposals is currently open as well.

What is edUi?
edUi is a conference for web professionals serving colleges, universities, libraries, museums, and other institutions of learning. Our focus is primarily on user interface and user experience design/development.

The 2012 conference is happening Sept. 24-26 in Richmond, VA.

Losing my project manager

My agency is losing a project manager and I was told he will not be replaced.  My role as a user experience designer normally has meant that I complete my deliverables and submit them to my project manager.  The void that will be left when my project manager leaves will now be filled by myself, the creative director and another person.  I need help with my new duties.
