Hi all,

I've been a silent member of the list for a while, so this is my first
post. I'm sorry about the rant, but Adobe CS is driving me nuts.

My motivation for making this post today was a huge a mount of
frustration built up through the strange behavior of keyboard modifiers
in Indesign CS. Some of the points surrounding this relate to previous
topics to many topics posted to the list.

NextD Journal

I've been getting the NextD Journal email notifications via email for some
months now. Once in a while, I'll go read an article or two. But they tend
to be a bit meandering and fuzzy for me. Is anybody else reading NextD
Journal? Am I missing anything substantial by not paying it more attention?

I see 3-4 names I recognize from my contacts through here, but was curious
who was going as an attendee?

I remember people making a big deal of this conference last year, but it got
lost from my radar till now. I'd love for someone to give a report back if
possible.

IxD - Denver/Boulder Area?

Maybe the close proximity to mountain fun is too much of a distraction
for people, but there seems to be a disconnect between the size of the
Denver/Boulder area and the number of people actively involved in
IxD-related activities.

No HFES, no UPA... there used to be an AIGA local chapter, but that's
gone, as far as I can tell.

Anyone here from the Front Range area? I have a few ideas I'd like to
discuss with you.
