Product requirements docs for a UCD process

I'm an internal UX designer working with stakeholders to define our template
for communicating product requirements.

I am familiar with the Cooper and Berkun articles (and others) related to
documenting product design processes, but was hoping other might share
templates (or at least outlines) that have worked well in their
organizations...and that include for users, user goals, scenarios, etc.

Need help for Dashboard Design

Hello all,

I am designing a Dashboard for keeping track of trainings that users have to
go through. The dashboard has 4 modules. I am using red, yellow, and green
colored rounds to show status. Can I make the legend circles smaller so that
users focus more attention on the their staus circle? What do you think?

Moreover, if you can point me to some resources on Dashboard design that
would be great.
