Job: Actionscript/Flash Developer Greythorn, Bellevue, WA, Contract to Hire

Flash/ActionScript developer

My Client is an energetic, growing software company in Bellevue, WA seeking a slick Flash/ActionScript developer. This is a contract-to-hire position. Good contractors are the people we most often hire for full-time positions, so a strong candidate will probably stay.
Primary responsibilities will be to develop Flash movies to fit into a larger Flash application framework.

selling aesthetics

Aesthetics play an important role in a user's experience. I'm curious to
know what best practices there might be for selling aesthetic decisions to
other project stakeholders. Does anyone have any methods they use that work
well?
