5-second tests, now automated, and brilliant

So, Jared Spool came up with the 5-second
test<http://www.uie.com/articles/five_second_test/> .
Then I wrote about it in Designing the Obvious <http://www.rhjr.net/dto> .
Then a guy named Matt Milosavljevic read the book, got inspired, and built
an app that makes 5-second tests ridiculously easy.
The homepage needs some clarification about the purpose and process, but
other than that, it's really great. Here's how it works:

To auto-play or not to auto -play video?

All.
I have a request from the client to auto-play a video on load for a given
page. The page contains the video prominently at the top and has significant
additional information below. Our internal discussion is that the user needs
to take an inventory of the content of the page and would miss the 1st part
of the video if it auto played. I also suspect that auto play on a page that
has additional content is an unexpected action.

Managing/Tracking Page Inventories

Hi all,

I'm about to begin documenting a page inventory of an existing medium-sized Web app. As I'm starting from scratch, I'd love to know which tools you use and how you organize your list of pages and interactions. In the past I've used a spreadsheet in which I grouped the pages by sections of functionality.

Since the presentation I've read yet more articles declaring jQuery as the
