[EVENT] Two mobile design virtual seminars, May 27 and June 10

You already understand the web. You’ve been designing or building
sites for years. But now you need to go mobile, and simply hoping
isn’t going to satisfy your boss, your clients or your customers.

Already a web expert? Mobile is different.

Little Springs teaches several mobile web design classes, both
in-person and via convenient webinars, covering the theory and basics
of mobile use, pitfalls to avoid and detailed strategies to follow
when moving to mobile. You’ll be educating for an increasingly
portable and connected world.

IxDA Mentorship Initiative: Status and Plea for Volunteers

I'm writing to update the group on the status of the IxDA Mentorship
Initiative. The team has put together a preliminary document, which you can
download here:

http://www.ixda.org/download/ixda_mentorship_01.pdf - this document explores
some "best practices", and then proposes two short term Mentorship systems.

At this point, we need 3 things from the larger IxDA group:

1. Feedback on the two short-term proposals included in the document

Good brand site on Amazon?

Anyone know of a brand's product site within Amazon that offers a
great user experience (good product information, good content...).
For example, Nikon has lots of products, but not much else.

Introduction in a Quick Start Guide

Hello guys,
I have been working on a Quick Start Guide for our product and now need to
write an introduction on the front page.

The Quick Start Guide that I have made is supposed to be used by
technicians/users who have received training in configuring and
installing/assembling our products. It is supposed to be used as some form
of reference. The intention is that users of this Quick Start Guide only
need to breifly glance at this when they forget something.
