Well, 1/10 of 1% are complaining, and 90% of those due to AppStore
approvals rather than the phone. Is thar "many"? Maybe "many who I
talk to to see if they want to complain".

Your closeness to the interviewed set gives an illusion of numbers, I
think.

Design --> Development pipeline/tools?

Hey folks -

What's your company's process/pipeline/set of tools for delivering
and communicating designs (and associated visual design assets) to
your dev team?

*[Addressed particularly to "innies" in software development orgs
though anyone's insights much appreciated]*

TO be clear: I'm NOT asking the "Visio vs Illustrator vs Fireworks
etc" conversation. I'm asking what happens *after* the design team
has determined (at least a first cut of) both how the app should
work, and how it should look.

If you take away the choice before they ever have it, how do you know
they want it? What if what the majority wants isn't actually good, or
is not good for the customer base as a whole?

the user is blamed by default...

Just ran across one of my pet peeves. Putting the user at blame when
they are not. I was trying to log on to manage some of our benefits.
I use macs... we both do. Not a windows machine here. I used
Safari... then tried Firefox (both up to date).
