Long Online Application and Chunking with Several Pages

Hi All.

I'm designing a very long online application for a financial product which spans across several pages. There are some sections which may possibly show a great deal of additional (reflexive) questions for certain scenarios.

For instance, on a page with 10 questions, the way questions 2, 3, 6, and 7 are answered may then show an additional 10-15 questions for each. Originally, I was going to display the reflexive questions under each parent question. However, I think it may intimidate the user and cause them to abandon.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the URL

I just now had a conversation with a colleague and wanted to give them
the URL of IxD10.
This is what happened:

I googled: 'UX10'.
My bad. Doh. So I tried: 'IX10'
No go. I try: 'IxD10'
OK, I give up and go to the IxDA website. I look around front page for
De nada. So I click on Events.
STILL. CAN'T. FIND. INFORMATION. Or URL to send to colleague.

Decide I may not go to conference after all.

Truly, truly sad.

Usability Observation/Logging Software Recommendations

Take another look at Morae... the camera is to capture video of the
subject, not for screen capture. That's done with software.

Marriott.com breaks the mold...

...for hotels, at least.

I just browsed over to http://www.marriott.com/default.mi to make a room reservation, and was pleasantly surprised at their new home page.

I'd love to hear the story behind the design. But it'd be great to hear the community weigh in as well.

Accessibility Pages/Statements

I recently got a client to consider putting in an accessibility
statement to go with recent accessibility improvements (skip links,
better alt text, tab index on forms), and wanted to know if anyone
has good examples of Accessibility pages &/or statements.

Right now, there's a laundry list of items that I'm thinking of
including, but I wanted to see what others thought of these topics:

1) General statement :: why accessibility matters, what are we doing,
basics about HTML + CSS, Headings, alt text, color, links).
2) Text Sizing :: instructions on how to do it through different
