Great looking jobs on this list

I keep seeing all these wonderful jobs on this list, and yes I'd love to come to China for an adventure but I don't think my family would. Doesn't anybody have these kinds of great jobs in Washington, DC? It would be a pleasure to apply for positions that actually require more than 1 or 2 years of real experience in UI/UX development, that appreciate the significance of our calling, and that actually pay more than a ridiculous hourly wage.
