Description

- Translate customer requirements and user task flows into highly usable interfaces and styles which result in improved user productivity and application experience.
- Design and develop next-generation UI framework with Adobe Flex Technology and Web Services.
- Enhance current UI Component framework using Java, XML, Javascript, CSS,
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, test and support reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with UI Designers and Application Architects to define and implement features for business users in more than one application.

Qualifications

- An understanding of usability issues and user-centered design
- Prototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver
- Experience building RIA (rich internet applications), using FLEX or AJAX.
- Knowledge in developing user interfaces for web-based applications using FLEX, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/DHTML.
- Experience building or maintaining frameworks for building FLEX or AJAX UI applications.
- Experience with J2EE technologies and Object-Oriented Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with BlazeDS within a J2EE environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork.

- Bachelors Degree
