Description: 

 

Clear Point Consultants, Inc. has an immediate opening for a skilled UX Designer with our client in Boston, MA. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Our client is a well established design agency and is seeking a UX Designer that will focus on end user research, user interface & interaction design, content organization and optimizing usability.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Will work closely with stakeholders’ and clients to define user needs and translate them into concepts for compelling user experiences
-Create wireframes, personas, user profiles, process flows, etc.
-Provide expertise for best practices
-Work closely with other designers, front end developers and project managers to collaborate on projects
-Lead and/or participate in user research, usability testing and card sorting

 

Qualifications:

 

-Degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field
-3-5 years experience designing/developing interactive solutions
-2+ years experience as an IA, UX Designer or Interaction Designer
-Excellent communication (both written & oral)
-Presentation skills are a must
-Experience observing user research and translating it into compelling design
-Must have strong usability analysis skills
-CMS implementation skills is a plus
-Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Visio is a must)
-Experience integrating media into rich web interfaces is a plus
