The Sr. Experience Architect is primarily responsible for creating tactical solutions for Internet and multimedia project strategies. The Sr. Experience Architect manages the integration of the information design and project concept. The Sr. Experience Architect is responsible for the document deliverables, including: discovery/envision documents, competitive analysis, personas, interaction design specifications, site architecture maps, and page schematics based on Organics ' creative methodology and standards. You will apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class business solutions. As Senior Experience Architect, you will be expected to lead tracks of work, work directly with clients, and develop and communicate a strategic point of view for the consumer solution.

 The Sr. Experience Architect must demonstrate a professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal, problem solving, and project leadership skills, as they serve as a mentor to the other Information Architect. The Sr. Experience Architect is also responsible for corporate and departmental initiatives as agreed upon with the creative director. The Sr. Experience Architect may be assigned the creative lead role.
  • Team mentoring, project planning and estimation as well as risk/issue management and resolution
  • Create user experience audits and heuristic evaluations
  • Generate experience concepts and site architecture as well as task/process flows
  • Collaborate with strategic resources to develop user profiles and (test) scenarios
  • Responsible for wireframe design and collaborating with technology on prototypes
  • Present concepts and status to clients
  • Identify tools and techniques that improve existing approaches
  • 5+ yrs overall experience preferred
  • Expert in user-centered design methods and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
  • Prior experience in UI design for mobile devices, kiosks and other non-web projects a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, advertising).
  • Engaging online portfolio is required for consideration.
