The WebEx User Experience group is looking for a candidate who will
function as a lead web developer/prototyper.
We are looking for
an advanced web developer who is well versed in Object Orient
Programming (JSP), XSLT, JSON and Javascript framework such as Jquery
to:
• Work with Information architects to synthesize UE requirements
and UE archetypes to implement and deliver web sites and applications to
meet those business needs.
• Work with the team UE leads to
prioritize UE requirements of projects
• Develop reusable
JavaScript/Jquery and UE components that other developers can use to
implement standard html components and services
• Lead the prototype
efforts across multiple projects
• Expert in implementing transition
and drag and drop effects
• Self starter and knowledgeable in Web 2.0
concepts
The ideal candidate would have expertise in front end
development of complex Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and have
demonstrated the ability to develop high quality enterprise software in a
dynamic environment.
Should have familiarity with Mac guideline

This
is a HTML/Flash coding hybrid position.
Must have these skills:
•
HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, XML/XSLT, AJAX
• Develop
reusable JavaScript/Jquery and UE components that other developers can
use to implement standard html components and services
• Javascript
libaries such as Dojo, YUI, Scriptaculous, Ext JS and preferable Jquery
• Various design patterns in Flex and html and building global
components
• Work as lead over other developers
• Familiar with
Instant Messaging, Social Networking and Skype based products
•
Familiar with cross browser support issues and solutions
Ideally,
have some of these as well:
• ActionScript 2.0 and ActionScript 3.0
(AS 2.0, AS 3.0) and be able to maintain codebases in both versions
•
AIR
• Flash
• Various design patterns in Flex and html and
building global components
• Familiar with Object-Oriented
Programming (JSP), XSLT, JSON
• Remote objects
Should
provide a portfolio and must be authorized to work in the United States
on a full-time basis for any employer.
What you'll be doing:

Develop front end of Rich Internet Applications for enterprise based
products
- Analyze functional requirements and specifications through
close interaction with UX and Product Management and other cross
functional teams
- Participate in product design and architectural
discussions
- Write unit tests to ensure developed user interfaces
meet product requirements
