My client designs software that is used throughout the world and has become a mainstream technology. They are growing their Vancouver office and are looking for a variety of user experience professionals.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Work closely with Solution and Product Management to interview and understand users
- Draft up user personas, goals, and scenarios
- Research and conduct heuristic analysis on existing and competitive products
- Define high level interaction, navigation models and task flows
- Design wire frames and iterate prototypes from low to high fidelity
- Conduct formative testing on evolving prototypes
- Collaborate with Program/Product Management to produce detailed UI specifications
- Supervise development colleagues to ensure designs are implemented as specified
- Coordinate summative testing with 3rd party vendors
