The User Experience Analyst will work as a member of the interactive
innovation team to ensure that our web sites and applications offer best
in class user experiences. This individual will play a key role in
developing new products and web sites and content for the American
Greetings brands, will assist in the management of a variety of user
research initiatives, and will define and analyze metrics that provide
insight into user behavior and the impact of design changes. Ease of use
is a core part of the digital photography strategy and the skills and
experience that the person in this role brings to their work will have a
direct impact on our success.
years professional experience with web sites and applications. A
background in user centered design, usability, and/or information
architecture is ideal, but a passion for great user experiences and a
desire and willingness to learn is most important.
