Visual Interaction Designer

HubSpot is looking for a
Visual Interaction Designer with experience in creating polished,
functional, intuitive user-interfaces. A passion for interactive design
balanced with a pragmatic approach to problem solving is a must.

- The phrase, "Make it pretty", drives you a bit mad but you can
handle it because you know that form follows function even on the Web.
- You excel at inventing and tuning smooth and intuitive user
experiences.
- You have sound fundamental layout principles from composition to
color, value and shape.
- You know how and why design has a real effect on business.
Abilities
- Layout creation using Photoshop, Illustrator, fireworks, etc.
- Story-boarding skills to communicate work-flow and user-experience.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and aware of modern browser capabilities.
Other coding skills not required but considered a plus.
