We have an exciting opportunity as a Web Analytics Manager within our Online Channel Development team.  In this role you will oversee the implementation of Wiley’s web analytics operations including the measurement and analysis of traffic patterns, search data, competitive intelligence, and user satisfaction.  For each online business, you will partner with global product teams to define success metrics, establish report formats and interpret business critical measures. 

The Web Analytics Manager is a champion for the cause, designing and executing analytics strategies in response to shifting business needs and complex user patterns.  Taking data and statistics to the next level, you will identify actionable opportunities for improving results and website effectiveness based on data-driven insights. 

The ideal candidate will be an expert in online behavior, web analytics and performance reporting; will possess experience with major web analytics reporting software such as Omniture, Web Trends and Google Analytics, have advanced knowledge of web analytic concepts, and have familiarity with web development standards and technology, including a solid understanding of JavaScript in the context of data collection.
