Event description:

How will you ensure your next digital product is groundbreaking? It’s not enough to build your product right, you need to build the right product. To do this you need to get beyond “can they use it” and get to the heart of the problem your product is solving. Creative, exploratory user experience research methods are designed to do just that. AnswerLab User Experience Research Manager, Liang Zhang, will share examples of research approaches that surprise and delight by delivering experience insights that move beyond usability. He will illustrate this with a PayPal success story that generated mobile product concepts.
