Talk Overview Figuring out what to build involves considering competing and conflicting needs in constrained environments. What happens when there are not enough resources to implement every feature, not enough clarity in the vision, we don’t know enough about the users, and everyone is too stuck to prioritize and make hard decisions?
Effective discovery and design can break out of this rut. Andy will talk about the key questions that a process should answer. Using these questions will help you select frameworks and methods to un-muddle options, build support, and manage risks.
