I am searching for examples of proposals/whitepapers on the benefits
of doing IxD/UX. Currently my group is going through significant
change, and has been tasked with being focused on a Business to
Supplier portal. It's a technical team, and I am really the only one
who understands a User Centered perspective.
I've talked with a manager about potentially offering UX as another
service, but I would like to write something more formal to pass along
to them. Has anyone succeeded in doing this, and if so, is there a
document that you would be willing to share that helped out?
