Well, there are definitely some IxD relevant panels listed, but more
importantly is the interaction design of the panel itself. I found it
quite good.

I am using a 800x600 monitor right now (long story), and I have to scroll
horizontally to read the info.
Other than that, the interaction is really good indeed.

Personally, I find it a bit awkward. There's a ton of info in that
little window. Page up/down doesn't work with the window. The
scrolling via my Might Mouse works, but it's just not a good
interaction overall. The prioritization is backwards. The focus of
the customers attention should be the content they're reading for
voting first followed by the scoring window/tile second.

Keeping that in mind, why not just make the content the full length
and have the scoring window maintain position with the content as you
scroll down the page? Then the keyboard actions work normally, you're
not forcing the customer to read in this tiny little window just so
you can keep the scoring tile in the same place. It's kind of backwards.
