Avenue A/Razorfish has an immediate opening for an Experience Lead in
our LA office. As a member of our User Experience community, you would
work with our strategy, creative, and technology teams to:
Take a leadership role in developing transactional, informational, and
Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating
them into creative concepts.
Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept
testing, and usability testing.
Develop user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research
and focus the team's design efforts on the needs of key users.
Collaboratively develop prototypes for demonstration of concepts to
Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for
highly interactive interfaces.
Master's degree in a related field, such as human-computer interaction,
graphic design, or industrial design.
5+ years experience as an information architect, interaction designer,
or experience designer (or similar role).
Demonstrated ability to design complex transactional interfaces,
taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management
Demonstrated experience observing user research and translating user
research into design decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
