Anyone in the Atlanta, GA area interested in meeting up informally to
discuss interaction design or projects you are working on.

Forward your contact information and I'll be happy to coordinate a Face
to Face event.

Hi, Virginia. There is already an informal group for IA & IxD types which a
few Atlanta-based IA types (including me) coordinate. See
http://mcordell.googlepages.com/iaatlanta for a bit of info.

We get together about every 4 to 6 weeks, usually in a "happy hour" type of
format. The next one is penciled in for 5/15, location to be announced,
though it'll probably be somewhere on or near the perimeter north.

The local ACM SIG-CHI chapter, CHI-Atlanta http://www.chia.org/ , has regularly scheduled meetings/programs for local UI types. Last year we hosted a great talk by Jared Spool and next month we have Peter Merholz scheduled, although most of the programs are not that big :-)

We have members from various and sundry UI related fields - all are welcome.

There's also CHI-Atlanta (http://www.chia.org/), at whose event I'm
speaking next month.
