Hello, I'm a new member.
In fact, I've never subscribed to a mailing list before, so I
apologize in advance if I go out of my way in my mannerism.

I wanted to bring up an issue with the homepage of http://www.ixda.org/en/
When you ctrl+scroll on IE to increase the font size, everything works
fine as expected. However, when you use ctrl++ on FF to increase the
font size, the top navigation panel descends and covers the top
portion of the articles below.

I just thought it could be made better since people with bad eyes like
myself often view websites with increased font size.

Thank you

That stems, I think, from a combination of the absolute positioning of the top nav and the fixed pixel-based width of the overall layout. I suspect the reason you're not seeing in in IE is because of differences in relative text zoom sizes.

Calvin and Kurt, thanx for bringing this all to our attention. We are
in the midst of a re-design of the site and as we launch as a beta
soon, we will look for comments like these so we can improve our
experience for all our diverse users.
