to is this list and my recent comment about the discussions of gas pumps.
I'm a zealot on the need for educational reform and the need to have state
of the art "interaction design" in the software used to accomplish this.
If Louise's sentiment is the prevailing opinion within this list, I'll
unsubscribe. Please advise! Moderator please weigh in.

Yes, there are far bigger fish to fry than pump interactions. I think
you are right to feel education has more value than gas pump
experience.
I feel you may have broached the subject in a way that was not going
to illicit much of a response. But hey... if we're not making
mistakes we're not making progress right?
No, you have not infected the list. So what if some people take your
intention the wrong way - thats life.
The challenge to you is to present the complex problem of improving
ixd in education in a way that will stimulate conversation. In doing
so you might even solve some of the problems.
