insight into one or more online products to meet those needs, and the

-Create a user experience vision and strategy for our Financial
Institution offerings
-Prioritize User Experience work to align with corporate goals and
business objectives (critical few, high return projects)
-Plan innovative changes to UI design, information architecture,
strategy, development processes and organizational
-Develop a world-class user experience research and design team
-Ensure a positive, collaborative, high-performance work environment
-Manage run-the-business aspects of a 10-12 person team
-Monitor external research, standards, inventions, and trends for
potential opportunities
-Collaborate across business on shared UI frameworks, design, patters
and cross-offering experiences

Qualifications :

-Proven leadership in the User Experience Design profession
-Master's or PhD in design, the social sciences, HCI or related fields
-10 years work experience in User Experience Research & Design,
financial institution experience a plus
-Excellent command of: user experience methods, design principles,
problem-framing skills, verbal and written communication skills
-Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across
-Strong track-record of developing and hiring great people
