MissionStaff has an immediate contract position available with our
client in Center City Philadelphia to work in a state-of-the-art
technical environment with innovative people creating solutions to
business challenges. This is a newly created position for an immediate
project and runs through the end of the year (minimum) and could evolve
into a permanent position.

The User Research Coordinator will be responsible for validating a major
website redesign that our client will be gradually deploying throughout
the year. It will include lab usability testing, remote usability
testing, eye-tracking, online surveys, etc. The ideal candidate will be
at a senior level with familiarity in all the previously noted methods
and must have experience coordinating teams. The chosen candidate will
delegate that coordination effort to consultants currently performing
different segments of the work. Ultimately the User Research Coordinator
will be responsible for ensuring that all user testing is aligned to the
goals of the initiative and that the findings are being effectively
reported and disseminated across the organization. Must be an excellent
communicator. This is not a role for a usability engineer who focuses
too much on the user testing and little on the communication of
findings. Since the testing itself will be done by consultants, the
ideal fit must primarily be a communicator.

MissionStaff offers competitive hourly rates along with outstanding
health and dental insurance.
