I've included a bit of background on the context in which the persona was
used. This project was a great example of the difference between what you
hear in a focus group and what you observe in the field: the premise behind
the web application we were designing was that people worried about security
when sending email attachments; our ethnographic research contradicted the
focus groups to suggest that wasn't really the case.
