Thanks for the excerpt Mauro.

It seems like there are a fair number of articles/links posted to the
list and I'd find it helpful if people invested a little more time
developing those links into posts. Something more than just "this
exists." Especially if it's to something mainstream like Wired, the
New York Times or Business Week that we're likely to know about
anyway. What did you find particularly illuminating about the
article? What can it teach us about Interaction Design? Even the
title, a summary or some highlights (as Mauro demonstrated) would be appreciated, making the
post itself of archival value, particularly if the original article
will eventually disappear behind a subscription wall.
