ixd deliverables ...
I am curious to know the types of deliverables that other designers here
deliver as part of their process, etc, how they are used, and how helpful
they are to the people who get them. I currently deliver hard composites (a
png of a design), working prototypes (working html, css, javascript), what I
have been calling "user stories" (a walk through of the interaction that the
user goes through to complete a task), and UI documentation that describes
how things should work at the developers point of view so that they can have
a clear understanding of how to build things. I know that others probably
do more, and I am curious to know what those deliverables are, examples, and
how they are beneficial.

Read Dan Brown's book "Communicating Design". It will answer all of your
questions in detail.
