Positivism!

The Design Council (UK) are a generally well respected design organisation
and through Nico McDonald have provided an excellent description of what
Interaction Design actually is. It gives examples, tips and FAQ's.

I would be very interested in the forum's view on this text, as I personally
feel good that there is recognition for the work that we do and that
respected bodies are supporting (and dare I say promoting) it's existence.
