I am troubled by three aspects of this in additiont ot what Ari and Bryan says...

1) By the third time I had to click the close button on the chat pop up I was annoyed.

2) It is still viso (a bias of mine)

3) I can not find $895 of value here when compared to other comperable aps.

my 2 cents

Mark

Dear Mr. Schraad,

I am sorry that you experienced three chat invitations. Our setting are
supposed to include only two invitations, and that at an interval of two
minutes. I will verify our settings to be sure that the chat is set to
only two invitations.

You are right that Intuitect Basic does not provide $895 worth of
features. That is because it is a free tool with a limited feature set
compared with Intuitect Professional, which includes sitemaps,
wireframes, flowmaps, HTML prototyping and specifications documentation
creation. If you would like to see those features, you are welcome to
attend one of our weekly public demos. The schedule for those is
available at www.intuitect.com/training/schedule.php.
