How to convince customers to participate to a user testing?

In our company, user testing with real users is not systematic and our
customers are not used to be solicited for this.

Once we agree with stakeholders to do user testing and once we are in
contact with sales people, we have to convince customers to find users who
would participate.

How to convince our customers? What should we tell them in order they are
not afraid :"so they are not sure about the product they sell!" " why lost
time and money, we have already bought the product" etc...

Another question: How to convince hypothetical users (user target) to be
interviewed on their workroom?
