Can anyone point me to what they consider the best sources
for information on design processes (i.e. how design integrates
with development and product mgt, req->des->dev, etc.)?
I've done quite a bit of work in this area but want to make sure I
haven't overlooked anything and also validate my current plans.
I'm particularly interested in processes for design dept. within
software organizations.
Best regards,
Russ

The Elements of User Experience, by Jesse James Garrett, is a good
book on the subject.

I came up with my own diagram that has parallel tracks for product
management, UX and technology/engineering based on a few books and
articles. For the UX or design dept I think Alan cooper's about face
3 is good -- it has a table with detail design process.
