To give submitters a little more time over the weekend we've
extended the deadline for all types of papers (except research
papers, which remains 11/30) to midnight (EST) on Sunday 11/4.

There was a little confusion about the timezone (although my email
said EST - the website didn't specify - and won't until I can
update it tonight) so I've reopened the system until midnight
(Eastern Time) Tuesday 11/6.
