I'll throw in a vote for Basecamp. I use it all the time and love it.

(think Basecamp using .PHP, but hosted on your own servers)
I've used their free version (version 0.7) and they've since updated
the software (version 1.0) using a new pricing model (two versions:
small biz & corporate).
I'm using Wrike for managing my whole business http://www.wrike.com.
It's great for tracking both marketing events and sales campaigns.
The best thing is Wrike%u2019s e-mail based, so you create and update
tasks via email. No need to log on to http://www.wrike.com/ all the
time. It saves us hell of a time!
