>• Working knowledge of User Centered design principles and practices
>• Ability to research, understand and organize specialized content
>• Experience working on large, complex sites
>• Experience and/or interest in mentoring others
>• Excellent writing, speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills
>• Proficiency in Visio, Word, and Photoshop
>• Solid understanding of HTML & CSS
