JPMorgan Chase – Worldwide Securities Services, Client Access

The global deployment team is growing as we continue to deliver a
broad range of improvements to customer facing technology projects for
the securities servicing division of JPMorgan Chase.

We have managed extensive improvements in the user experience of
client facing technology. We are looking to extend and support the
improvements in user experience and usability with equally impressive
improvements in end user self-service learning tools.

We are looking for a leader in instructional design to lead our
efforts around training simulations, online help, quick start guides
and end user manuals. We have a global user base of clients who rely
on our tools to perform parts of their jobs. Our clients are time
