*Responsibilities*
The successful candidate will be the senior Web User Interface Design lead
for new prototypes and concepts in the Digital Health group. This includes
leading the software and Web design process across multiple products and
designing user interactions for Web 2.0 style applications in the healthcare
field. You will oversee user interface specifications and will create
compelling demos and presentations to influence the user experience design
and improve the effectiveness of our products and concepts. Additional
responsibilities include working with social scientists, business analysts
and engineers to define new concepts, develop immersive flash prototypes,
and drive an overall vision for future product lines. You will work with
graphic, industrial, and interaction designers to produce highly visionary
mock ups to feed our future product pipeline, and participate in user pilots
and feedback testing on these mock ups with our research team.

*Qualifications*
Candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent in user interface
design, graphic design or a related field, plus at least five years
experience in providing a range of user interaction designs for the web and
other products. Other qualifications include:

· Experienced champion and leader in applying design processes to product
innovation and development.
· A proven track record in creative, leading edge interaction and advanced
web 2.0/social networking design,
· An understanding of the Web business and sources of revenue, etc.
· Fluent in Flash or other interactive prototyping tool.
· Demonstrated ability to work well on multidisciplinary teams,
· Very strong graphical, written and verbal skills
· Experience in working with outside companies to influence product
innovation and usability.
· Experience in developing health care products or in innovative education
and motivational content is preferred.
