I am recruiting for 2 UX positions in Central New Jersey
1.
ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Responsibilities
> Leads senior and junior visual designers with daily interaction and
review of work
> Participates in research, project meetings and strategic presentations
> Schedules and allocates visual design staff as needed to ensure that
projects are meeting milestones with efficiency and quality
> Creates visual design assets when needed to complete package
deliverables
> Collaborates with UX and Technology to develop concept demos, site
maps and user interaction models
> Attends meetings with UX members to learn and understand BA and SME
business requirements so that effective creative briefs can be created
> Assists in the preparation of creative briefs with the Creative
Director to prepare the visual design staff for new projects
> Works closely with the Technology prototype team and presentation
layer developers to ensure the seamless translation of visual design
concepts to completed product
Candidate will work in the Information Architecture group.
2.
USER INTERFACE DESIGNER
Responsibilities
Develop User Interface deliverables including: Concept Demos, Site Maps,
and Wireframes.
Evaluate BA and technology requirements to effectively incorporate into
the user interface design
Participate in BA Team Use Case/Wireframe development sessions.
Evaluate results of usability tests/focus groups to incorporate
learnings into UI deliverables.
Perform ongoing maintenance of Wireframe Library.
Experience wire framing web documentation using Visio, html prototyping,
inDesign and other IA tools a must
