Question on Labs

I know this is the kind of question that probably gets posted all the
time, but I wasn't able to find an answer searching the archives, so
here goes!

Has anyone used a lab in the New York City area that they'd recommend
for usability testing? We need something that will allow about 12-20
observers of one-on-one testing with some level of formality (video,
logging, etc). We'd be using Morae but I know some labs don't let you
bring in video equipment so that you use theirs...

Of course, we're looking for something that's no too expensive. We'd be
doing all the test prep and moderating, so it's mainly about a nice
setup, potentially a host to help direct users, and a nice facility for
observation.

STC has a list that's been up a long time, but I'm not sure how up to
date it is and would be interested in getting a hearty recommendation
(or a warning if something didn't work out)!

Thanks!
