Time breakdown for design tasks - user research vs. IxD, etc.

I seem to recall seeing some data on average design task percentage
breakdowns
for a given type of project... but I can't find it. (It may have been very
specific to a particular
domain, not sure)

For example:
1) User research - 20% of project
2) Interaction design - 20% of project
3) Visual design - 15% of project
etc.

Does anyone have any information on this?
