Submit to the infusion project for IDSA

IDSA is in Miami this September and they are looking for submissions (due
March 6).
They are specifically looking for IxD related stuff (not only IxD, but
definitely IxD stuff).

I hope a bunch of us submit and a few of us even get to present. I've
presented at IDSA a few times and it has always been a great cross-over
crowd.
