For over 38 years, Rapattoni has been a leader in Association Management Software. We are looking for a Senior-level Ix/UI Designer experienced in designing easy to use and feature rich ASP.NET applications.
Successful candidates will be involved in requirements collection, design, prototyping, and some development and maintenance of ASP.NET applications.
Successful candidates would join a product-centric team that is highly motivated, technically sharp, and deeply committed to the success of the product and the company. Our work environment is professional and highly collaborative. We offer an ongoing skill development program and members of our team are not numbers, but rather an integral part of our business.
Full-time employees are eligible for standard company benefits including very good medical and dental plans, a 401(k), and life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance. This is a non-exempt position, where you will get paid for each hour you work. Pay rate is based on experience.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional design/usability experience required. 3+ years of ASP.NET (C#), HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Photoshop. Strong working knowledge of interaction design. You must also have a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to function well in a highly collaborative team.

Preferred Skills
Experience with high-traffic websites, MS SQL, SilverLight, AJAX, common cross-browser challenges, JQuery, and Mapping API's.
