Hi all,
I am currently working on designing a voice based mobile airline ticketing
service for Indian market. Its challenging because of the audio medium
involved. However, I need better guidelines on how to do a user study for
such a service. Also, what all to keep in mind while making an appilcation
like that - specifically while deciding the voice persona. Any suggestions/
experiences???

Naznin.

Gina, instead of making this about a service opinion service, can we focus
the discussion on what are the good and bad IxD features of the high-end
smartphone market? Seems asking the general question in the subject line is
way too off-topic for this list. You OK w/ that?
