Greetings.

Wanted to know if anyone knows any company/organization where
interaction design is being used in education. K-12 level. Something
more than educational CD ROMS. Out of the box experiences, educational
artifacts.. the likes. Also if anyone knows of the same for children
with special needs.

I used to be the technology development director for a small cirriculum
company here in Dallas, Texas called Voyager Expanded Learning.

They were developing cirriculum for K-6 and deploying in schools that
did not have internet access. We developed websites on CD-ROMs bundled
with Netscape Navigator's installation program so that they could learn
to use a browser (back, forward, search) without being connected to the
internet. If you like, I could send you one of our sample CDs.

What kind of information were you seeking specifically?

Respectfully,
