JOB: Associate Director Interaction Design Stamford, CT Digitas- Fulltime

We are looking for an Associate Director of Interaction Design to join
our team.

The Associate Director of Interaction Design at Digitas takes a
dynamic role in leading the creation and direction of interactive
experiences, from interaction strategy to detailed functional design
to presentation specification. The AD/ID leads ensemble creative
teams, drawing together art directors, designers, copywriters,
interaction designers, and engineers to produce jaw-dropping creative
results and effective user centered design. The AD/ID works closely
with Creative Directors and peers of different capabilities within
the agency.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Leading by example in all venues

· Confident and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously

· The desire to mentor junior talent and support a learning
organization

· Desire to understand a client's business, brand and marketing
objectives, proactively contributing to it's evolution and success

· Ability to understand the “big picture” of the project and how it
fits into the full consumer experience

· Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail

· Create and substantially influence the development of engagement
models and project plans for all phases of interactive design

· Develop usability research plans for the project, and direct the
design, implementation, and analysis of research.

Qualifications:

· Vision and passion about the evolution of customer experiences on
the web, and the ability to influence coworkers and clients

· The desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong
marketing concepts and solutions through thoughtful management, with
a firm but gentle bedside manner

· At least eight years of agency or related experience as an online
creative working with user center design projects.

· Excited about the evolution of experience design on the web and
where it could lead

· Enjoys and supports working on a team

· Superior communication skills, organized and understands time
management
