Description

Second Story is currently reviewing resumes for an interactive media
producer positions in Portland, Oregon. We seek candidates who will:

* Play a leading creative role in the concept development of
technology intensive interactive experiences for the Web and other
digital media

* Work closely with the studio design and development team in a
small, fast-paced environment

* Lead all aspects of project management and the development of
each project until it is completed and client expectations are exceeded

* Actively participate in concept development, content
management, and quality assurance

* Maintain team relations and ensure accurate and timely
communication within the internal studio team and external client teams

* Manage resources to ensure delivery of the most innovative
and creative work possible within budget and on schedule

Skills & Characteristics

Interested candidates must have at least 3-years experience managing
creative teams, developing interactive projects, and must possess the
following characteristics:

* Strong familiarity with interactive technology

* Detail oriented and organized

* Assertive, resourceful, and creative problem solver

* Excellent project planning skills

* Experience managing and performing quality assurance

* Excellent leadership, communication, diplomacy, and
negotiation skills

* Strong writing skills for client correspondence, project
specifications, and technical documents

Special consideration will be given to candidates who have created
projects that are experimental, educational, cultural, and
entertainment-related. This is a senior, client-facing role that
requires combinations of expertise in business, management, content,
design, and technical disciplines.
