€100,000 per year salary... is it too much?

is IxDA just pure branding and money or a honest new field of Design?

IxDA is a reference to the name of an organization, not a discipline,
practice or field. It refers to "Interaction Design Association."
Your question, if I understand correctly, is whether IxD equals
Interface Design. The answer is no.

The other questions can't really be addressed without oblique
references to chakras.
